Standard quotes are returned within 24 hours. Complex multi-component projects may require 48–72 hours for detailed DFM review and pricing.
Rapid prototypes ship in as fast as 3 days. Standard prototype turnaround is 5–7 business days depending on complexity and material.
CMM inspection reports, material certificates, and certificates of conformance are provided with every shipment at no additional charge.
Urgent inquiries sent outside business hours are prioritized first thing the next working day. Email is monitored for critical order issues.
