    Submit your CAD files (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks). Our engineers perform a Design for Manufacturability review, identifying potential issues before machining begins.

  • 2 Toolpath Programming

    We generate optimized CNC toolpaths using Mastercam and Hypermill, selecting the best axis configuration, cutting tools, and feeds for your geometry and material.

  • 3 Precision Machining

    Parts are milled on our fleet of 3, 4, and 5-axis machines. In-process measurement with Renishaw probes ensures critical dimensions are held throughout the run.

  • 4 Inspection & Delivery

    Every part undergoes CMM inspection. We provide FAI reports and material certifications on request. Parts ship globally with tracked logistics.
