Coordinate Measuring Machines

Our climate-controlled metrology lab houses bridge-type and articulated-arm CMMs with automated probe changers, enabling high-throughput dimensional verification for complex geometries and tight tolerances.

DEK's CMM capability is the backbone of our inspection process. Each machine is equipped with multi-sensor probe heads capable of contact and scanning measurements, allowing us to verify complex 3D features, true positions, profiles, and concentricities against GD&T callouts on your drawings. All CMMs operate in a temperature-controlled environment (20°C ± 1°C) to ensure measurement stability.

  • Full GD & T Verification

    Flatness, cylindricity, true position, runout, profile — all geometric tolerances evaluated per ASME Y14.5.
